Topic: Using an understanding of grammatical parts of speech, to write clearer sentences
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. identify three reasons why sentences are unclear.
2. apply three basic editing techniques to improve the readability of their sentences.
3. Students will begin to understand why simple, elegantly structured sentences can be used to express complicated ideas.
