School can be stressful. So, as part of De-Stress Fest, we've organized some things for you. Below is a list of workshops and events, as well as resources you can use on your own to help you get through the exam period.

Colouring Lounge
- Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Location: Library 1st Floor
- Description: Create a masterpiece as you mindfully unwind in the library colouring lounge.
Tea Time at the Hub
- Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm
- Location: A140
- Description: Steep some tea, put up your feet, and take some time to relax between classes at the Hub, or take your tea to go! BYO mug if you can.

Free massages with the RMT students
- Time: 1:30pm - 4:00pm
- Location: Library 1st Floor
- Description: Visit the first floor of the Library for a free chair massage from Langara's very own RMT students.
Tuesday, July 29
Student Wellness Fair
- Time: 11:30am - 1:30pm
- Location: Front Lawn
- Description: Put some pep in your prep and come learn about the physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness resources available to you. The Mental Health Ambassadors will be sharing de-stressing techniques you can use to help prepare for finals. And we'll be serving free ice cream!

Pet therapy with pets and friends
- Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm
- Location: LSU Upper Lounge
- Description: Experience the ‘paws-itive’ impact of these four-legged friends! These therapy dogs are here to bring you comfort and companionship during the final exam season.
