Led by two Indigenous Counsellors, each session would have a focus:
B - boundaries, healthy communication, consent, how off-campus activities can impact on-campus experiences with peers, awareness that instructor/peer comments might be triggering
E - energy, awareness of what drains you, what gives you energy, ways to nourish your mind body spirit
A - attention, what you're focusing on, procrastination, what tasks to prioritize and give attention to for balance with school/life
R - rest, checking in with self to notice needs for rest, restoration, pause, quiet, what do you need to step away from or pause
S - self-care, support (what resources on and off campus can help you as we near final exams), staying the course to complete the semester and go into the holiday break not feeling depleted
