Her thesis project consists of an in-depth analysis of an under-performing green building, to identify some of the underlying issues and causes related to the performance gap between theoretical and actual performance. Using various tools including energy modelling, systems analysis, and surveys of all major stakeholders, she hopes to create a thorough outline of the major considerations for green building designers to achieve as close to theoretical performance as possible by using a more integrative approach to design.
