Costs and Fee Schedule

• From $2995 per person based on double occupancy
• Prices are based on double occupancy. Single supplement fee applies.
• Deposit is $650 and is due at time of registration (full payment due for bookings within 3 months prior to departure). Payment non-refundable.
• Balance payment is due 3 months prior to departure.

Tour Inclusions

• 8 nights in 4* star accommodations based on double occupancy
• Pre-departure orientation meeting(s)
• Registration and tuition fees
• Photography Instruction by Langara Faculty
• Services of an English speaking local guide (where applicable)
• Meals as per itinerary
• Entrances as per itinerary

• Local transportation (private vehicles)

Tour Exclusions

• International flights (can be arranged through our preferred tour operator. Contact us for information)
• Tips/gratuities for guides, drivers, porters and housekeeping
• Mandatory travel medical insurance and optional cancellation insurance (can be arranged through our preferred tour operator)
• Meals not mentioned in itinerary
• Activities not mentioned in itinerary
• Items of a personal nature (laundry, beverages, alcohol, etc)
• Passport and visa fees

Registration Procedures

• Apply early to avoid disappointment

• Fill out an Application for Registration Form (PDF)

• Submit a deposit for $650 (full payment due for bookings within three months prior to departure)

Important Information

Travel Visa requirements and passports are the responsibility of the participants.Cancellation, Travel, Flight and Health insurances are required and are the responsibility of the participant to research and secure the appropriate coverage.

Check with your local travel agent /insurance provider/health plan for advice about traveling overseas. All participants will be required to sign a release form prior to departure which allows Langara College, Instructors, Staff, Tour Leaders and Contract Services Employees to be free of liability with respect to this Travel Program.Program itinerary and dates are tentative.

Program costs are based on a minimum number of participants and are subject to change without notice. Single supplement will apply to single travelers (unless a participant opts in for room share and a roommate is found. this cannot be guaranteed). Langara College reserves the right to cancel any program prior to departure without penalty or liability.
