With a growing workforce, management roles will be impacted with a larger proportion of employees leaving the workforce with the aging workforce, which will result in a changing workforce. Therefore, effective change management skills will play a crucial role both when hiring new employees to minimize disruption, maintain productivity, and foster a positive work environment during times of significant personnel changes. Effective Change Management Leadership training will be valuable to leaders, organizations and businesses, and the economy. With the constant change in technology, new systems and use of artificial intelligence, the workforce will need to adapt to change. Training resulting in a micro-credential allows for relatively cost-effective, efficient, and expeditious upskilling/reskilling for leaders to be able to support teams and the organization with change.

Required Micro Courses (27 hours):

  • Change Management 12 hours
  • Supporting and Sustaining Change 15 hours 

The courses within the micro-credential will be delivered with asynchronous learning to allow for flexibility and accessibility.

All program requirements must be completed at Langara Continuing Studies. Exemtptions are not allowed. No refunds are granted once the course has started.
