Ableton Live Workshop
Ableton Live is an award-winning music-production and DJ software. Designed as a tool for composing, recording and mixing, but also as an instrument for live performance, it combines the traditional linear arrangement window found in most workstations, with a flexible environment called the Session View, where one can create and improvise without the constraints of a timeline. This workshop covers the basics of music production, sound design and laptop performance. You will learn about MIDI sequencing and virtual instruments, designing sounds using the built-in instruments and effects, how to edit and process audio recordings, as well as create elaborate templates for live music and DJ sets.
