Description
Taught by Young For Life, this class is a total body workout integrating muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. Combining free weights, bands, ropes, ladders and own body weight, you will work your whole body in order to boost your metabolism and improve overall fitness. Please bring a mat, water bottle and set of dumb bells or weights.
