Description
This course introduces you to the practice of Qi Gong as a personal self-care modality. Qi Gong, like Yoga, has myriad health benefits including a reduction in muscular tension, calming of the mind and a feeling of increased energy. At the end of this course you will be able to incorporate qi gong as a personal self-care strategy in combination with the previous self-care modalities discussed in earlier semesters.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy.
