Description
This course introduces you to the practice of Yoga as a personal self-care modality. The benefits of yoga range from increased muscular and joint strength and flexibility, improved sleep and an increased sense of wellbeing. At the end of this course you will be able to incorporate yoga as a personal self-care strategy in combination with the previous self-care modalities discussed in earlier semesters.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy.
