Description
Resilience is the ability to maintain high levels of well-being in the face of adversity. While resilient people certainly experience negative emotions, these emotions do not endure. This course combines theory with experiential learning to explore concepts of neuroplasticity and the brain and body's natural reactions to stress. Develop and practice self-care techniques that enhance resilience.
