Description
Whether in the context of negotiation, mediation or interpersonal conflict, people adopt positions and offer solutions in order to meet their underlying interests. Working towards interest-based resolutions requires skill in clarifying and understanding the wants, needs, concerns and fears that support the opposing positions. You will enhance skills aimed at eliciting underlying interests, illuminating blocks, facilitating processes, establishing positive outcomes.
