Deposits are non-refundable unless your application is not accepted, or if the program is cancelled.

**NOTE: The instructors will require more information and applicants will be invited to an individual interview with the instructors before your application is accepted**

  • Application form
  • Deposit cheque for $500.00 payable to Langara College.
  • 3 photocopies of your passport (the page (s) containing your ID information)

Once your application is received, your non-refundable deposit will be processed. The remaining balance of the program fee must be paid by March 15, 2020.  Tuition is paid separately in April on the regular deadline for summer semester.

Applicants who are not current Langara College students must complete a Langara College application form, submit their high school or college/university transcripts, and pay a $40.00 non-refundable application fee. Langara College will issue a receipt for a portion of the Program Fees, which may be used as an educational tax deduction.


Each participant must sign a release form that allows the College, its employees and Instructors to be free of liability in respect of this Study Abroad program. Participants under the age of 19, must have the Application and Release Forms signed by a parent or legal guardian.
