Course Description
This course is meant for students who have completed an international internship in WILX 1102 and have an opportunity to continue that internship for a further eight to fourteen weeks to gain more understanding and deepen their learning. During the internship, students observe and explore an international professional environment with an intercultural and land-based learning focus. Students practice intercultural communication and engagement skills while observing and participating in an international work/volunteer environment.
This course may be offered in-person or online.
Students are required to apply for this course through Langara's Co-op and Career Development Centre. This course is not equivalent to other co-op options at the College.
There may be additional student costs associated with this course (e.g. some travel expenses).

Prerequisites: A minimum "D" grade in WILX 1102.
