Course Description
This is a course designed for post degree internationally educated students who would like to enhance their knowledge of and competency in English expression with an emphasis on reading and writing. Students will be familiarized with the expectations of writing in a Canadian environment. This course does not carry transfer credit, nor may it be used toward a Langara credential except the Post-Degree Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership.
This course does not act as a prerequisite to first year English courses. Graded S/U
Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Certificates in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership, Nursing Leadership and Management; and the Post-Degree Diplomas in Nursing Practice in Canada, Web and Mobile App Design and Development, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, and Applied Planning.
