Diagnostic Tests
Students planning to enrol in a first-semester communications course must take the Langara English Test (LET) or Language Proficiency Index Test (LPI) prior to the semester in which they want to register. Students who have English First Peoples 12, English Studies 12, Literary Studies 12, or equivalent with an 80% are not required to write the LET or LPI.
