Weekend Building Closures February – July

Due to network upgrades, some buildings on campus will be closed over weekends from February – July. In trying to minimize the impacts to users we always aim to schedule such work during weekends, but in this project the weekend closures will be more frequent than our usual maintenance schedule.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to continually improve IT systems.

What:
IT is replacing end-of-life hardware, upgrading the Langara network to maintain performance and security. Buildings must be closed while this work takes place for health and safety reasons. As we work our way across campus, different buildings will close at different times.

When and where:
