The following IT services will be unavailable, on or off campus, during the outage window:

  • Banner 

    • Banner Student Information System (Admission, Registration, Grades, Graduation, Class Lists, Payments) 

    • Banner INB, Xtender 

    • SSB Self-Service 

  • Campus Internet access 

  • Campus WiFi 

  • Campus network – Main campus and 601 Broadway 

  • VPN 

  • Citrix 

  • Library online catalogue system 

  • Bookstore Online system 

  • myFiles 

  • Network drives and Campus  printing 

  • iWeb 

  • CourseWeb 

  • Computer labs and AV services 

  • CMS Publishing 

  • Other IT services hosted on campus 

The following services will work as usual:

  • Campus Phones and Emergency Phones 

  • Workday 

  • Office 365 and Email 

  • BrightSpace 

  • MediaSpace 

  • U-Pass

  • AskIT Portal
