Customer Impact

The following IT services will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • Wired and wireless networking in main campus buildings
  • Telephones in main campus buildings

The following IT services may experience periods of slowness during the maintenance window:

  • College website
  • Citrix
  • Library online catalogue system
  • myFiles
  • Printing
  • iWeb
  • CourseWeb
  • Services supporting computer lab and AV services

These IT services will operate as usual, including: 

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • WorkDay
  • D2L
  • LinkedIn Learning
