This notification outlines an upcoming maintenance window for IT services.

IT System Maintenance

Customer Impact

The following IT services will be unavailable from 9am to 5pm:

  • Banner self-service (SSB)
  • Banner INB (forms)

The following IT services will be intermittently unavailable for brief periods from 8am to 10pm:

  • Citrix
  • Library online catalogue system
  • myFiles
  • Printing
  • iWeb
  • CourseWeb
  • Services supporting computer lab and AV services

These IT services will operate as usual, including:  

  • College website
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • WorkDay
  • D2L
  • LinkedIn Learning
  • On-campus internet and WiFi
  • On-campus phone systems
