This notification outlines an upcoming maintenance window for IT services.

Customer Impact

The following IT services will experience a delay during the outage:

  • Password resets in Banner
  • Personal email address updates for Self Service Password resets

All other IT services will operate as usual, including:  

  • Citrix
  • Banner and Workday
  • myLangara Employees site
  • College Website www.langara.ca
  • Office 365 email 
  • Brightspace by D2L
  • LinkedIn Learning
  • Internet and WIFI
  • Telephone system
  • Network drives/myFiles
  • Library online catalogue system
