Customer Impact

The following IT services will be intermittently unavailable for brief periods during maintenance:

  • Student Information System (Admission, Registration, Grades, and Graduation)
  • Banner (Xtender, Banner INB Environment Links)
  • SSB Student service
  • Citrix
  • Library Online Catalogue System
  • MyFiles
  • iWeb and CourseWeb
  • Campus Printing
  • Backend infrastructure services to support lab or AV services
  • Other non-essential services


The following services will not be impacted:


  • BrightSpace
  • Workday
  • myLangara employee site
  • College website
