Urgent network infrastructure maintenance

Customer Impact

Most IT services will be unavailable for multiple 30 second periods during the outage window, including these major services:

  • Off campus VPN to College Services
  • College website
  • Banner
  • UPass
  • MyLibrary
  • Library Online Catalogue System
  • Online Bookstore
  • MyFiles
  • MyLinux
  • iWeb and CourseWeb
  • Campus Printing
  • Campus Network – main campus and 601
  • Campus Internet access
  • Campus WiFi
  • All Computer Labs and Office Computers


The following services will not be impacted:


  • O365
  • BrightSpace
  • Workday
  • College Phone System
  • Impark

Physical access control to facilities


Note: Maintenance windows are selected to minimize the down-time as much as possible for critical College systems.
