This notification outlines an upcoming maintenance window for operating system fixes.

Operating system upgrading on all servers at the main campus and 601 W. Broadway campus

User Impact |
The following IT services will be intermittently unavailable for brief periods during maintenance:
- Library online cataglogue system
- Network drives for students and employees
- myFiles
- Printing
- iWeb
- CourseWeb
- Backend infrastructure services to support lab or AV services
- Other non-essential services
All other IT services will operate as usual, including:
- Citrix
- Banner and Workday
- myLangara Employees site
- College website www.langara.ca
- Office 365 email
- Brightspace by D2L
- LinkedIn Learning
- UPASS
- Internet and Wifi
- Telephone system
- Emergency systems

Note: No other services on/off campus will be impacted.
Maintenance windows are selected to minimize the down-time as much as possible for critical College systems.
