How do I set up or participate in a web meeting or conference call?
At present the plan is for the College to remain open. In-person classes have moved to an online delivery method, but college services will remain available to students. Please continue to check the College website FAQs and announcements for updates.
There are several ways, but we recommend that you follow the procedures your department is using. Some options include:
- Zoom (up to 40 minutes)

Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings

Access through myLangara and click on the App Launcher in the top left corner

How do I access myLangara, Langara Post, Banner, Workday, Employee Directory, College Forms or Email?
All of the above resources are online and available for you to use at home. Using a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari, go to langara.ca/login/
How do I access O365 Email directly?
Go to portal.office.com and sign in with your email address.
Can I get Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) installed on my home computer?
Yes, there are two ways:

Log in to O365 to use Word and Excel online, or

Log in to O365 and click on the button “Install Office” to download Office to your personal computers. This license is tied to your O365 login while you are an employee of the College.
