We’re excited to soft launch a project we’ve been working on for the past four years. We have a new online self-serve tool called Langara Ask IT Knowledge Base, which has a wide range of information and how-to’s about IT services. You can now easily find solutions to common issues such as activating computer IDs, resetting passwords, connecting to WiFi, and using printers. Our goal is for this to be a useful and relevant tool for everyone.

How to get IT Support 

Search the Knowledge Base first – there are over 650 articles available. We are actively adding questions and solutions to the database. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, use the form on the site to create a new ticket or visit our Help Desk in the Library.

A reminder, if you need urgent IT support: call 604.323.5999 and dial 1. This will put you in touch with one of our help desk staff for immediate assistance. (We prioritize emergency issues as currently running meetings, exams, events, classes, or anything affecting core business functions).
