“I have an appreciation for my life here and how I have the ability to support our students in different ways.” This sense of gratitude is what drives Langara School of Management instructor Deland Jessop to give to the Langara Foundation Support Our Students (SOS) campaign.
“I just think it’s important for myself, and everyone with the means, to give back to the community. And by helping people in the college community it’s going to people who need the help who are actually bettering themselves to create a stronger future. I want to help people who are also helping themselves.”
