British Columbia Non-Profit Housing Association
The Short Certificate in Social Housing Management was developed through a partnership between Langara College and the BC Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA). BCNPHA represents almost 400 housing societies located around the province. The certificate program is designed for staff, managers, and volunteers engaged in social housing operations or development.
The Social Housing Management Certificate program at Langara College gives students a broad base of academic and practical knowledge, and cultivates important management skills directly related to social housing. To support ongoing professional development among social housing practitioners, BCNPHA offers numerous seminars and workshops each year, in addition to organizing a major annual conference each November.
