Real Estate in Canada

These programs are open to international students only. Canadian citizens or permanent residents should refer to Real Estate for more information.

Langara College Continuing Studies has the following full-time study options for international students interested in Real Estate education:

  • Continuing Studies Diploma in Real Estate: (2 years full-time)
  • Real Property Certificate Program: (1 year full-time)
  • Construction Standards Certificate Program: (1 year full-time)

Graduates of these programs may be eligible to apply for a Canadian post-graduation work permit.

Program Intake

Note: Seats are limited. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Submit your application early to guarantee a spot in the program.

September 2024 admission: Application deadline extended to 30 June 2024 for students who already have a valid study permit for September 2024. Completed application with all supporting documentation necessary by this date. Any student who does not have a valid study permit for September 2024 can submit an application for the next available term (January 2025).
