Instructors
Dave Anderson is an instructor in the Biology department at Langara specializing in teaching bioinformatics, genetics and biochemistry. His background conducting primary research in statistical genetics, bioinformatics and biochemistry led to his involvement as an active subject matter expert member of the curriculum development team who are assisting in the full program proposal for the Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics.
Jessica is an instructor in the Biology department at Langara, specializing in teaching cell biology and health sciences. She has also been an active subject matter expert member of the curriculum development team, assisting in the full program proposal for the Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics. Jessica also holds a position as a research associate at the BC Cancer Agency, where she specializes in using molecular genetic techniques to study the development of cancer cellular pathology.
