Performance fundamentals will be covered, including defining performance expectations, performance appraisals, evaluations and recognizing how performance management can improve your organization.
Learn why organizations are required to undergo change management and how this is critical for both organizations and employees. You will learn concepts, fundamentals and best practices of change management in this course.
This course will explore some introductory concepts about unions and union trends in Canada. We will discuss difference between legislation for unionized and nonunionized workplaces/employees, provincial and federal legislation. We will also review basic concepts about British Columbia Labour Code and British Columbia Labour Relations Board.
