Learn the background of environmental law both provincial and federal jurisdictions. Focus will be on waste management, air and water quality. Get real-life scenarios-based lessons from the professional instructor.

Learn Canadian OHS legislation in both federal and provincial jurisdictions, rights and responsibilities under the Worker's Compensation Act and BC OHS Regulation. Plus Canadian Criminal Code Bill C-45, legislation relevant to workplace health & safety, and more.
