Joanne is a client-centered, innovative, versatile Certified Career Development Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in employment counselling, case management, facilitation, personal coaching, and adult education. As a strong believer in self-efficacy by empowering people to maximize their potentials, she has been providing evidence-based, target-oriented career services to a wide range of people from various cultural and social backgrounds, and assisted them to overcome their barriers by obtaining employment or community attachment.

With a keen interest in the development of strategies to enhance personal, academic and social performance as well as a strong curiosity in new learning, she has completed the Career Development Practitioner Certificate Program, and training in Intercultural Competency, Mental Illnesses & Developmental Disabilities, Emotional Intelligence, Motivational Interviewing, and Human Resources Management.

Joanne has also delivered several public presentations including the Career/Personality Assessment workshop, and “Counselling Excellency in the Employment Programs” presentation at CDC Conference in 2013. She is currently working as Employment Counsellor/Coordinator for Skills Connect for Immigrants Program at MOSAIC, and working towards her CHRP designation.

Beatrice holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation, a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in International Relations, and Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree from UBC; she is currently working on her Advanced Project Management Certificate (SAPM).
Her professional experience includes; Management of labour market partnership projects: collaboration with industry partners and education providers (e.g. post-secondary institutions) to develop and deliver workforce development programs for targeted stakeholder groups based on Canada-British Columbia Job Fund policy requirements; Management of the British Columbia region's project activities for labour market and workforce skills development projects (i.e. the development and implementation of an industry-lead skills credential based on program standards developed with industry engagement; Writing of reports for management and funders; developed new business, project and funding proposals / grant applications for further project and business development. 
Currently her professional role includes: managing the Business Project Management Office (PMO) and projects office team, including contracted resources / vendors; managing the strategic project portfolio selection and prioritization process (annual business planning); as well as, leading and implementing effective project management methods and processes to increase the effectiveness of program and project delivery.

Cindy Reeves has excelled in the career development field for more than a decade. She is currently an Instructor at Vancouver Community College and a Case Manager for the YWCA of Metro Vancouver. Cindy is passionate about life-long learning, facilitation, and helping others to reach career goals. She has a BA in Psychology, Career Development Practitioner Training (with distinction), and is MBTI Step I & II and Personality Dimensions certified. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys outdoor photography and takes delight in finding beauty in the ordinary.

Sandy is a qualified Level II Personality Dimensions and True Colours trainer. She has certified Level 1 Trainers for 10+ years and uses this tool in teambuilding workshops as well as in career planning and employment counseling workshops. Sandy has over 20 years of combined experience in Career / employment Facilitation, Child and Youth Care Counseling, and Life Skills Counseling and is the owner of Shifting Views Career and Life Coaching.

Melanie Archer is a Life Coach and Facilitator with over 14 years of experience as an Employment Counsellor with Work BC and HRDC. She has facilitated workshops for at risk youth, as well as doing Individual and Group Coaching in Life & Employability Skills, or Work Planning with people who have multiple barriers, and recent immigrants. Since Job Finding Club Leadership Training (JCLT) she has enjoyed the opportunity to instruct students in the employment sector from around BC. Experienced in recruiting, supervising, marketing and programming, Melanie is passionate about assisting people in finding the next step in their careers.
