Course Description
Building on what students have learned in ENGL 2227 (or equivalent), ENGL 2327 students will continue their studies of rhetoric, "the art of persuasion." Through close analysis of various kinds of prose models, students will improve their critical reading and writing skills. They will learn various strategies for discovering and developing various kinds of arguments, including dialectic, inductive, deductive, narrative, oral, and visual arguments.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum "C-" grade in ENGL 2227 or equivalent.
