The CBC referenced Langara's Strategic Resilience for First Responders Program in a recent article addressing the province-wide need for resiliency training in the wake of the fentanyl crisis. The news outlet spoke with program coordinator, Ruth Lamb about the benefits of having techniques to relax the body during traumatic events in the field.
