Yoga Program Coordinator, Naseem Gulamhusein, was recently interviewed on JoyTV's Journey of Healing. On the episode, Naseem shares her journey from practicing yoga to establishing the program in a post-secondary institution, important moments that led her to and from Vancouver, and the people in her life who helped shape her story.

"I met her at the International Day of Yoga," Naseem recalls. "It was such an honour to be asked to share my journey on the path of yoga, and how this program came to be developed at Langara."
