Langara's Lynn Kitchen appointed Chair of Small Business Council

Lynn Kitchen, Manager of Custom Training in Continuing Studies at Langara College has been appointed Chair of the Small Business Council at the Vancouver Board of Trade.

The Small Business Council oversees all the activities and services of The Vancouver Board of Trade to ensure they meet the needs of members in small and medium-sized enterprises. This council recommends policy and action on taxation, labour and other issues, especially affecting small business. The Small Business Council also oversees seminars and provides networking opportunities for small business and entrepreneurs.
