An 18-minute trauma-informed seated yoga practice to reduce anxiety and stress led by Nicole Marcia, Interim Program Coordinator and Instructor for Therapeutic Yoga programs at Langara College. This practice is rooted in techniques that support regulating the nervous system and supporting an experience of calm. It is suitable for a wide variety of ages and physical abilities.
