A proud graduate of Studio 58, Paul has been working as a professional actor, both on camera and on stage, for almost 30 years. His work has been seen on stages across North America including the Bard on the Beach, Ruby Slippers, the National Arts Centre and at the Charlottetown Festival in PEI. Paul has also worked as a sound designer for various theatre companies in Vancouver including Bard on the Beach, the Arts Club Theatre and Touchstone Theatre. He received Jessie awards for his performances in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (Pacific Theatre) and The Overcoat at the Vancouver Playhouse; Jessie nominations for his performance in Driving Miss Daisy (Pacific Theatre); and for his sound designs for One In A Million (Green Thumb Theatre) and The Prodigal Son (Touchstone/Pacific Theatre). Film credits include: The BFG, Watson, Fire Country, The Unforgivable and Shōgun. Paul has also made a career as an instructor, teaching sound design and acting both on and off camera with organizations such as Bard on the Beach, Douglas College, the Shadbolt Centre and Learning Through the Arts. Paul was the Artistic Director of Arts Umbrella's Theatre, Music & Film department from 2008-2022.

Halla Bertrand | Communications & Marketing Manager
Halla has worked in communications and marketing at various arts organizations including Bard on the Beach and SFU Woodward's Cultural Programs. She was involved at CiTR Radio 101.9FM & Discorder Magazine, UBC's campus and community radio station, for over seven years. At CiTR, she proudly served as the Student Executive President and Co-Chair of the Board of Directors.

Ruth Bruhn | Production Manager (On Leave)
Ruth has worked as a professional stage manager, set designer and production manager all across the Vancouver theatre community. She has worked on stage management teams for companies including Bard on the Beach, Neworld Theatre, Theatre Replacement, Carousel Theatre for Young People, Full Circle First Nations, Gateway Theatre and Green Thumb Theatre. Ruth was the production manager at Green Thumb Theatre from 2017-2021. She graduated from the Production Program at Studio 58, where she was awarded the John F. Parker scholarship for Demonstrating Exceptional Promise. She was also awarded the Mayors Art Award for Emerging Theatre Artist in 2016.

Pamela Jakobs | Production Manager
With over 30 years of experience as a professional stage manager, Pamela has worked with companies such as Green Thumb Theatre, Gateway Theatre, Carousel Theatre, City Opera Vancouver, Bard on the Beach and the Arts Club Theatre, where she most recently served as Assistant Production Manager. Some of her favourite shows include: Romeo and Juliet (Bard on the Beach), My Game (Carousel Theatre), Beauty and the Beast (Arts Club) and Red Velvet (Arts Club). She is a graduate of the BFA Theatre program at the University of British Columbia.

Kevin MacDonald | Technical Director
Over the years, Kevin has worked as an actor, designer, producer and technical director. He has acted for companies across the country ranging from The Playhouse, Rumble, Pi Theatre, Neworld, Bard on the Beach, Arts Club Theatre Company, Alberta Theatre Projects, National Arts Centre, Canadian Stage and Soulpepper, among others. Often involved in new work, Kevin has participated in more than 60 workshops/readings of new work at The Playhouse, The Banff Centre, Tarragon and Alberta Theatre Projects. Kevin was co-artistic director of Section 8 (with Craig Hall), was a member of the inaugural Soulpepper Academy and a member of the Actors Conservatory at the Canadian Film Centre. He has appeared in a number of indie films and in a few television series. He was Assistant Technical Director at Theatre Under the Stars and has worked as a freelance set carpenter for many years. Kevin is a graduate of the Acting Program at Studio 58.
