Fueling Future Talent in the Performing Arts

The Studio 58 Alumni includes hundreds of talented professionals in the performing arts.

Recent Acting program graduate Ivy Charles is one of the many former students who return to their training ground to support the program’s deep-rooted community spirit. This year, the actor stepped into an entirely new role for herself, as Assistant Director, with Heathers: The Musical.

“I was student at Langara for three years, and I can come back and still learn.”  - Charles

The Studio 58 program strives to foster lifelong connections between students, faculty, and alumni.

Jessie Liang is another Langara College Alumni who came back to the school to direct Baggage, a play that explores the emotional baggage we carry from past relationships.

“This school is bursting with creativity and ambition! What a privilege to return to my alma mater for my solo directing debut.”  - Liang

This strong network of mentorship and collaboration creates a dynamic environment where knowledge and opportunities are not only shared but also paid forward to future talent.
