David is one of Canada’s finest figurative sculptors. Nationally and internationally renowned, his work is inspired by the human condition and incorporates a wide range of materials from traditional bronze, iron, steel, and silver to polymer-gypsum, cement, and hydrostone.
Always a hands-on creator, David found his passion for sculpture early. He started his fine arts education at Langara before he finished high school and has since gone on to create a portfolio of stunning private and public works of art. His current project is a large-scale art piece that will be suspended in the atrium of the Gordon & Leslie Diamond Healthcare Centre at the Vancouver General Hospital.
