Langara Foundation Health Expansion

Each year, hundreds of aspiring nurses choose Langara for our reputation for excellence, real-world clinical learning, and deep connections to BC’s health care system. Our nursing students don’t just study here – they grow into capable, compassionate professionals who care for our communities. 

Langara is stepping up. At the request of the Province, we’re expanding all of our nursing programs by 50%. That means more students in our Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Nursing Practice in Canada programs – and a need for more instructors, more simulation labs, and more support.

Langara nurses consistently rank among Canada’s best. Our BSN grads have an average NCLEX pass rate of 98%, and 81% are employed within three months of graduation. They learn by doing – starting in high-fidelity simulation suites that mimic real-life clinical settings, supported by experienced educators and strong partnerships with health authorities. 

But we urgently need to grow. Your gift will: 

• Help us double the size of our simulation centre
• Fund critical equipment and innovative technology for training
• Provide scholarships and bursaries so students can study full-time without financial hardship
