Collective Bargaining at Langara Collective bargaining with CUPE 15 set to begin

CUPE 15 has provided Langara College with formal notice to bargain. The College is now working with CUPE 15 to establish bargaining dates.
As with all public-sector negotiations, bargaining will follow the provincial framework established by PSEA and PSEC. We remain committed to a collaborative, respectful process that supports employees and aligns with the College’s mission and values.
We will share additional updates here as bargaining progresses.
