Applications for Regular Studies programs open 11 months before that start of each semester and admission is offered on a first-qualified, first-admitted basis. Registration times are based on date of application.

Are you applying as an international student? Follow the international application process.

Domestic applicants (Canadian citizens or permanent residents) follow the steps below to submit your application.

1. Check admission requirements

   On your selected program website, click the tab for admission requirements.

   • General admission requirements
   • English language requirements
   • Additional program requirements

   
   Check the transferability of other BC institutional credits at bctransferguide.ca.

2. Apply

   Gather your documents and Personal Education Number (PEN), if you have one, in preparation to submit your application. Apply at EducationPlannerBC (EPBC). You will be prompted to pay the $40 domestic application fee when you submit your application through EPBC.

3. Submit documents

   Complete your application by submitting all required documents.

4. Receive + Accept your offer

   After all documents are verified and if your application is accepted, you will receive an Offer of Admission. Accept your offer by logging into the Student Information System. Detailed instructions are included in your Offer of Admission email.

5. Get Ready!

   • Register for classes on your designated date and time.
   • Attend orientation to get to know the College and meet your peers.
   • Follow us on social media for upcoming events.

• International students should refer to the Langara Global website for information about admission requirements for international students, or attend a prospective international student advising session.

• Spring Semester 2025 (January to April)
• Summer Semester 2025 (May to August)
• Fall Semester 2025 (September to December)

Not all programs accept applications for every semester. Note the “Start Date” field on each program page.

Deadlines

The deadline for domestic applicants to submit an application is the first day of classes of the desired intake. Applications for specific programs may close earlier and without notice.

Only complete applications are reviewed for admission. A complete application includes an application form, application fee payment, and all required supporting documents.

Apply early as spaces are limited and subject to change. No applications will be accepted after the deadline date.

International applicants have earlier deadlines. Be sure to review important dates.
