2012 CNSA Western/Prairie Regional Conference
October 19 – 21, 2012
The 2012 Canadian Nursing Students' Association (CNSA) Western/Prairie Regional Conference will be held in downtown Vancouver, BC, from October 19 – 21, 2012 at the Library Square Conference Centre (350 West Georgia Street). Approximately 300 nursing students from the Western and Prairie regional will have a chance to gather together and participate in meetings and educational workshops. Langara College is honored to host such an exciting event, and we are certain that it will be an enjoyable and memorable conference experience.
The theme for this year’s conference will be “Beyond the Bevel – Nursing in Vancouver’s Four Pillars Model” to discuss the topic of harm reduction and how it can be applied in various settings. To this end, we have confirmed a number of exciting speakers to share their knowledge and experience with us. Students will also have an opportunity to showcase their work during the student symposium segment of the conference.
