Spring 2025 Career Workshops (Online)

Online sessions will be hosted via Zoom and registered students will be sent the Zoom link the day prior to the workshop. Link to register for workshops and online resume reviews.

Note: Online career workshop registration closes one hour before the workshop starts. Students will not be admitted after 10 minutes once the session begins. If you miss a workshop, we encourage you to sign up for another one.

Resume Reviews

Drop-in One-to-One Resume Reviews (On Campus)

In-person Resume Review take place on select dates below.  Students can have their resumes reviewed by our Career Instructor. No registration is required – sessions are first come, first serve basis and you will be asked to sign in once you arrive. We recommend arriving early. Interested students must bring a copy of their resume (printed or on their laptop).

Career Talks is a series of career panels that will feature experts from a variety of industries. Each panel will focus on a different theme including hiring trends, science & tech, business, and more.

Alumni Talks is a panel series, hosted in collaboration with Alumni & Community Engagement, where Langara graduates will share their experiences, challenges, and career journeys.

Tech Talks is a series of monthly panels where industry experts will talk about a day in the life of their career, the position and skills required to do their work, and tips for students entering their company.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Work Experience Options

All Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students must complete the BBA Work Experience Requirement before they can take their upper level courses. Learn more about the options to fulfill this requirement.

Disney Field School Program

The Disney Field School program blends academic coursework at the University of California, Riverside and at the Disney University with six months of supervised paid training at Walt Disney World.

Global Skills Opportunity Internship Program

The Global Skills Opportunity (GSO) Internship program offers domestic Regular Studies students a unique opportunity to gain valuable global work-integrated learning experience.
