Langara's annual Athletics Awards Banquet celebrates the hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship our student athletes display throughout the year. Our banquet brings them together with coaches, College leadership, and staff to recognize exceptional performances, team accomplishments, academic excellence, and individual milestones across our sports.
It is an opportunity for all our student athletes to gather one more time before the end of the academic year. Awards presented include Outstanding Athlete of the Year, Freshman Athlete of the Year, All-Round Athlete of the Year, league awards, and more. The event provides a platform to showcase the remarkable athletic talent on campus while fostering a sense of pride, unity, and appreciation for the achievements of our student athletes.
The 2022-23 banquet took place on April 3, 2023 and honoured guests included Langara College leadership members:
