Upgrade Notice: Lynda.com to LinkedIn Learning

On October 28th, 2019, Langara will upgrade from Lynda.com to the new LinkedIn Learning platform. LinkedIn Learning will feature the same extensive video library from Lynda.com, with a new and updated look and feel.

Some great features of the LinkedIn Learning platform:

• Personalized course recommendations
• Shareable multi-media collections
• Library of 10,000+ videos with over 35 new courses added a week
• Learning on your own scheduled with the LinkedIn Learning app

After the upgrade, active users will receive an email directly from LinkedIn Learning asking you to activate your new account. At that time, you will have the option to log in by:

• Creating a LinkedIn Learning account that is unconnected to a LinkedIn profile
• Creating a LinkedIn profile and connecting it to your LinkedIn Learning account
• Connecting your LinkedIn Learning account to an existing LinkedIn profile

Once your account has been activated, you will be able to log in and view videos on the new platform, with all your previous learning history carrying over.
