Born in the US, Malina Fluckiger is an American-Canadian actor and singer who spent the majority of her childhood growing up in California. After moving to Canada, her passion for singing and performing grew as she joined a classic rock cover band and attended acting classes with Company of Rogues. She feels incredibly grateful to have trained, worked, and lived on the unceded traditional territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations for these past three years. Her recent work at Studio 58 includes: EVERYBODY, CERULEAN BLUE, MONOCEROS – A MUSICAL, and TOMORROWLOVE. She also lent her voice to the radio drama I’M RIGHT HERE through the National Theatre School’s #ArtApart. Malina would like to thank her family, friends, mentors, and teachers for their limitless love and support.

Riley Hardwick (he/him) has lived across Ontario, but is privileged to currently reside in Vancouver, BC on the unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. Following graduation from Canterbury, an arts high school in Ottawa, Ontario, Riley moved to Toronto to train with the Soulpepper Youth Academy, Second City, and other improv and sketch theatres. He also co-created and performed in a Fringe Festival show, FIVE MORE MINUTES and played Benvolio in Crane Creations’ ROMEO AND JULIET. Exhausted by Ontario winters, Riley moved to BC and is now finishing his final term at Studio 58. Recent Studio 58 acting credits include EVERYBODY, CERULEAN BLUE, MONOCEROS: A MUSICAL, TOMORROWLOVE, THEATRE: THE PLAY, and FORT (RISKY NIGHTS). He is also the recipient of the Jean and Walter Ball Memorial Scholarship For Strong Comedic Ability. In the future, Riley hopes to do a little of this, and if you’ll believe it, a little of that. And maybe even one day, benefit somebody beyond his own stupid self.

Jess Jandera grew up in the concrete jungle of Vancouver, Canada, the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh people. In the summers he would retreat to a small summer camp on the Sunshine Coast. Out in the woods, surrounded by strangers, he learned the value of stories and how they can benefit those willing to listen. Jess then stepped into a leadership role as a camp counsellor to pass these lessons on. These storytelling and community gathering experiences gave root to Jess’s love of theatre and the belief that theatre has the power to change lives. While at Studio 58, he has stage-managed THEATRE: THE PLAY, worked on costumes for URINETOWN THE MUSICAL, was assistant to the costume designer (Melicia Zaini) during the run of TOMORROWLOVE, and assistant to the set and props designer (Jessica Oostergo) for CERULEAN BLUE. Jess is currently a Production Assistant on Theatre Replacement’s East Van Panto. His passions lie in the tactile aspects of theatre, such as costumes and set. He plans to go into the industry and diversify his skills—there are no limits except for how far you can dream!
