Altitude: Langara Choir:
We are a student-run organization focused on building a community through music! Come grow as a musician by singing both in a choir and as an individual, and expand your skills with Altitude!
We wanted a place where like minded people could join together and have fun expressing themselves using the english language (in puns, poetry, nonfiction writing etc) without the fear of judgement or exclusion. Join our club for a fun time socializing and meeting new people; Non english majors and english majors are welcome (don't worry if you "suck" at english). We all support each other.

Langara Digital Media Marketing Club:
The Langara Digital Media Marketing Club's goal is to introduce digital marketing to students in a professional way by presenting different career perspectives, promoting collaboration, and offering relevant learning opportunities, such as workshops, seminars and industry meetings. We believe that sharing is something that should be more than a social media practice.
Langara Accounting Club:
To support our members in pursuing an accounting career by helping them become well-rounded people. The Langara Accounting Club accomplishes this by: providing fellowship opportunities for Langara students interested in accounting, providing information about and maintaining close ties with the Canadian accounting designation (Chartered Professional Accountant, CPA), advising members interested in pursuing a career in accounting, creating opportunities to connect with potential employers, encouraging community volunteering and personal development beyond accounting.
Langara Archaeology Student Association:
The Langara Archaeology Student Association is the best place for like-minded students who need help preparing for exams and understanding their coursework. We keep up to date with the latest archaeological and forensic anthropological methods and discoveries, ensuring easy access for students with an interest in this field. We have team members with field experience who are more than happy to explain what it is like digging for artifacts or going on site surveys.

BCCNP (formerly CRNBC) Langara Student Group is a student group comprised of nursing students from Terms 1 through 9. During our monthly meetings, we discuss case studies relevant to student nurse practice using real life examples and apply them to the BCCNP standards. We also hold workshops and events that are hosted by the student group members.
Langara Business Association (LBA):
The LBA aims to engage students at Langara College through networking and educational activities that foster a culture of community. The LBA creates unique and innovative opportunities for students to network and learn more about business through various programs and events.
Langara Biology Club Evolved:
The Langara Biology Club is a student-run organization that exists to provide a learning environment for Langara Biology students that fosters professional and personal growth in an academic, and also, social setting. We strive to make learning Biology a fun and interactive experience through various activities, ranging from study groups to social events
Computer Science Club:
Our Mission: To provide a community for computer science students where they can learn from others, feel like part of a team, network, and share their knowledge. The Computer Science Club aims to strengthen students’ existing skills by creating challenge projects and providing opportunities to meet employers.
Langara Entrepreneur Innovation Club:
A club full of ambitious minds that are willing to change the world for the better. We are a business consultant group where we share our business stories and experiences together. We will encourage information such as investment, future, school 2 work, counseling, and a place to gather. The group highly encourages multiculturalism as we have countries ranging from Asia to Europe. Also, this group is a way to get together to do trips and events outside of Langara.
Langara Finance Club:
The Langara Finance Club seeks to educate potential investors about different styles, techniques and strategies pertaining to long term investments.
Langara Philosophy Club:
Langara Philosophy Club offers a friendly platform for students to meet new friends, exchange ideas, and explore various issues that influence our community. We encourage all members to share their ideas and occasionally introduce a topic that interests them. Our goal is to promote diversity and foster a healthy environment for all members at Langara.
Langara Project Management Club:

Student Nurse Advocacy Program (SNAP):
"Students Helping Students." We are students who wish to help other nursing students by ensuring a positive learning experience during our time at the Langara College School of Nursing. Our Vision: To create a safe, supportive place for nursing students to help each other and to facilitate positive student-faculty relationships.
Our Strategies: Student focused, Utilizing 1-on-1 interactions, Demonstrating positive role model attributes,Term to term mentoring (ex: what to expect in future terms), Personal and professional development, Fostering positive communication between students and faculty, Early interventions to facilitate success, Safe and confidential environment for students
+852 Hong Kong Club:
To promote and share Hong Kong's culture to all Langara students in the aspects of food, language, music, and history. We also provide opportunities for students who desire to learn Cantonese with native Cantonese speakers.
Langara Chinese Student and Scholars Association:
Our goal is to help all students fit their new lives and provide support. In order to introduce Chinese culture, we like celebrating Chinese festivals, holding interesting events and playing games together. Join us as you want to learn Chinese culture and make Chinese friends. We are willing to build a bridge between Chinese culture and non-Chinese culture. We stay as a family. Peace and Love.

Langara French Club:
The Langara French club has been created with the objective of helping students to involve in learning French as they get to meet other people and learn about the French culture and the Canadian french culture as we learn through games and tutoring sessions.
Langara Jewish Students Association:
Our goal is to foster a pluralistic environment in which discussions and lifelong connections between Jewish and non-Jewish students can occur.
Langara Japanese Language NIHONGO Club:
Kon'nichiwa (Hello)! Our Langara Japanese Language Club provides all students who speak (and desire to learn) Japanese with wonderful opportunities to improve their language skills. Learners can find a place to practice and learn Japanese, while native speakers can get valuable teaching experience. From those who don't know a single word to those whom speak Japanese as a first language - all the Japanese speakers are more than welcome to participate in our club!
Langara Mandarin Club
The Langara Mandarin Club is dedicated to help Chinese language(Mandarin) learners improve their language skills effectively through interaction with native Mandarin speakers. All levels of Chinese language speakers are welcome. Let's practice Mandarin and have fun!
Langara Muslim Student Association:
The Langara Muslim Student Association strives to provide an Islamic environment on campus for both Muslims and those interested in learning about Islam.
Langara Spanish Club:
The Langara Spanish Club is a club created with the purpose of engage students to learn Spanish in a dynamic way as well as create an excellent environment where students can make friends and develop more their skill regarding the language. We intend to have native Spanish speakers to facilitate the learning process by assigning a specific time for tutoring sessions.
Langara Vietnamese Student Society (VSS):

Every Nation Campus - Langara:
Our club exists to build authentic community for students. We use biblical principles to cultivate environments that deepen our relationship with God, each other and the world around us.
Langara Focus Club:
The Langara Focus Club, or the Friendship of Overseas College and University Students Club, is a club where students can build strong relationships, discuss meaningful life questions, explore Canada, and simply have fun. One of our aims is to have discussions about the meaning and purpose of life and how faith plays a part in that.
Langara International Socialists:
Our club holds information forums about socialism and organizes, along with other campus groups, realistic solutions to oppression, climate change, economic crisis and war.
Langara Love Your Neighbour Club:
Love Your Neighbour Club (LYNC) is registered non-governmental organization, dedicated to serve both the local and global community. We frequently recruit, train and provide students with diverse volunteering opportunities, such as children and senior services as well as oversea mission trips and charity events.
Langara Students for Charity:
The primary objective of the Langara Student For Charity club is to raise funds for various Charity organizations by conducting fundraisers on the campus.

Alternative Medications and Treatments:
Civil rights awareness to help assist the alternative medication education within Langara College. Discuss and reduce the prejudice, discrimination, and stereotyping in society.
Board Games Club:
The main purpose of creating this club is to relax students from daily busy schoolwork. The Club would play boards games such as Werewolves and Legends of the Three Kingdom. In addition, we also offer a social platform for students to gain more friends and to discover Vancouver.

Langara English Corner:
The purpose of this club is to provide cultural exchange opportunities, and the chance to make friends while practicing conversational English. Through volunteering, students can learn how to be more involved in the community. It’s a great way to learn about diverse languages – students also do activities during which they can learn about different cultural backgrounds.
Langara Pride Club:
The purpose of the Langara Pride Club is to create a social and safe space for those in the queer community.
Langara Airsoft Club:
Our aim is to educate and learn, while having fun playing airsoft in a safe and professional manner. Need to be 18+ to play on airsoft field.
Langara Kendo Club:
Our kendo club was founded in the fall of 2012 to organize and promote the learning and practice of kendo at Langara College. Kendo has been established in Canada for many years, and our club’s mission is to bring together that experience and provide a venue for new members, both experienced and beginners, to practice and socialize.
Langara Martial Arts Club:
Our club's activites are centered around training in martial arts. Techniques from a variety of martial arts will be taught at our meetings in order to help everyone feel more confident about their ability to implement self-defense as well as improve their overall health and well-being. Meetings will generally include activities like stretching, punching and kicking drills, and controlled sparring under the supervision of the lead instructor. No previous experience needed.

Langara Ping Pong Association:
We want to organize a community of like-minded people that have a strong passion for ping pong. We welcome both professional players and those whose journey to the world of table tennis is just about to begin. We are going to have practices and small tournaments with prizes.Also we will have lectures and workshops on how to improve your play style. Come,listen, play and have fun!
